This is such a sweet little pair of antique English Staffordshire dogs. They’re the perfect size for any shelf!
It appears the right dog has had a bit of a painting mistake but I love this kind of thing because you can imagine the artist painting him 130 years ago! The only other flaw to mention is a very faint 1” hairline on the front of the left dog and a hairline underneath the base (which looks like it possibly occurred during manufacture).
